Enjoying our profession

It is certainly a privilege to witness…

…the moment when human life begins. Even after many years of practice, I never get used to this kind of magic. The experience is especially intense if the parents had to wait several years and undergo a successful fertility treatment until they finally were able to hug their baby.

With Adrian (*1994), Daniel (*1992) and my wife Lucia in 2017. In the meantime, we are happy grand­parents of Tom (*2022), Eliane (*2023) and Maia (*2024).
